* Resourceful experience in:
- Handling litigations under civil, criminal & commercial laws; Management of legal issues related to commercial activities of business;
- providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business activities;
- providing legal advice and counsel to various business functions;
- handling IPR matters - Registration (in India and oversees ) and litigations;
- handling property matters Should also have exposure in compliance management and review within the organization.
